Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though not very clean, were nice but could use some repairs. The TV and Wifi didn't work, and instead of changing to another room, we had to manage. However, the hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which was a lovely touch. The location was near everything we wanted to do, but a little back from the rest of the hotels. The dining options were pretty basic, and the food was overpriced for what was offered.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms really did have a beautiful view of the Horseshoe Falls, which was stunning, but I felt they were below Radisson quality standards. The service was not pleasant, although the restaurant was great. The location was ideal with a beautiful view of the falls, but it was a little back from the rest of the hotels. The dining options were not recommended, except for the breakfast, which I absolutely loved.
I had a wonderful view of the Horseshoe Falls from my room, a very comfortable bed, and an enormous bathroom with a large jetted tub. Although there was no restaurant connected to the hotel, plenty of dining options were nearby for convenience.
I stayed in a business suite on the 13th floor with a jacuzzi tub, which offered a nice experience but would have been just as enjoyable without the falls view. The hotel was conveniently walkable to the falls, but the location was good without being exceptional. The service was top-notch, with staff who were approachable and took care of all our concerns professionally. The dining experience was below par, with overpriced options, but the attached restaurant provided some convenience. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with friendly service, but with room for improvement in certain areas.
I was delighted to find three rooms close together, thanks to the helpful housekeeping staff. The rooms were roomy with a view over the fall, making my stay enjoyable. However, the hotel could work on improving the pricing for better value for money.
The hotel sits at the quieter, more upscale end of Niagara Falls, offering large jetted tubs and comfortable beds in rooms that could use a little modern renovation. Tree views are somewhat blocked, but the location provides a peaceful vibe.
The hotel offers an amazing view of the Horseshoe Falls and is very clean and well represented, but lacks a closet in the rooms. The service is top-notch with friendly staff, including standout individuals like Gordon and Ebonie. The location is convenient for Fallsview enthusiasts, but not all rooms have a full view due to a larger hotel blocking some. The dining experience is akin to a continental breakfast and does not come with the room price but is acceptable. The facilities are decent with parking available at an average charge.
I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location is fantastic, close to the Niagara Falls and within walking distance of all the fun attractions. The staff was incredibly nice and courteous, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, the service standards seemed to have declined a bit over time, with some older furniture and non-professional staff members as a downside. All in all, a great experience by Marriott.
The hotel had some issues with updating rooms but offered a great view of Niagara Falls and convenient proximity to local attractions within walking distance. The service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, though lacking in compensation. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area without extra charges. The dining experience was pleasant, but not complimentary. Overall, a valuable stay with a few drawbacks.
The hotel had a cozy atmosphere, and the staff were attentive and friendly. However, the room was quite small, and there was no designated dining area for two people. The location was convenient, although there were noise disturbances from a hockey tournament. Dining options were a bit pricey, but the facilities were adequate.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, had some initial cleanliness issues. The front desk staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, elevating the experience. However, the service was below expectations in terms of value. The location is convenient with attractions within walking distance, yet service levels were lacking. The dining options were overpriced for the quality offered. Overall, it's a mixed bag with some highlights and areas for improvement.
I had a fallsview room directly facing the Horseshoe Falls, providing a fabulous view both day and night. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to everything and convenient for exploring. The dining experience was average with limited options, but the service was excellent overall.
I stayed in an 11th-floor room with a gorgeous falls view, although partially obstructed by the Marriott next door. The view of the falls was nice, the bed was comfy, and the shower was pleasant. The hotel offers a decent room experience with minor obstructions.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were well laid out, and the bed was very comfortable. However, the view was blocked by trees. The amenities provided, such as plenty of towels, soaps, shampoos, and a hairdryer, were great, but the TV had really bad reception.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were really clean and had amazing views, but they were in need of updating. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was good, close to Fallsview casino and a nice walk to Clifton hill, but lacking local information on food and attractions.
